for comparison: right now I see a price at one of my favorite dealer's pages for SAEs going for 15.75 not incl s/h. so here are three morgan mint promos I think are decent and especially worthwhile for newbies just looking for an easy way to pick up some of the things we have been talking about at a good price. I have done such things with Morgan mint before and they always send something that looks good.

generally everything at morgan mint is waaaaaay over priced. dont wander off buying other stuff or you will negate effort. however these teasers are OK. good even, especially considering how easy it is to plug em into the net. their s/h charges are not unreasonable, either. let me know what you think

even the US mint and all the dealers are selling them for $36. so they are not so bad on that one. you and me both bought em for that much. I didnt unroll mine to see what mintmarks I got though-- I'm wondering

but did you see some of the other ridiculous prices there-- funny, really-- but you know they got a huge internet presence for robot shopping purposes, and the loss leaders drag people in.

well I got the stuff in the mail, the sae is an 07 in a capsule, which is nice. the morgan is in a flip, a 21, as expected, actually I made two orders and got 2, the peaces are nice, one is a 22 the other's a 24.

got some merc dimes for 86 cents each, not too worn either, prolly Fine, a couple might be VF

I received my stuff yesterday as well. As Ep said, the SAE is a 2007 in a capsule, looks very nice. The Morgan and Peace were in pretty decent condition, mine were a 1921 and 1923.

I'm pretty happy with the deal - nice little starter set, arrived quickly (I ordered on Apr 19, so one week to my door), and the SAE is gorgeous.
